Robert Johnson is the founder of the Unmasked Leadership Institute and creator of the Unmasked Leadership Model™.
For more than fifteen years, he has built leadership, learning, customer experience, and operational infrastructure inside growing organizations.
That experience produced a conviction:
Organizations don’t experience leadership through mission statements, values posters, or executive presentations. They experience it through the behavior of leaders when something important is at risk.
Robert’s work focuses on that moment. Through writing, speaking, leadership development, and organizational advisory work, he helps leaders examine the distance between the leader they intend to be and the leader people actually experience.
He lives in Perrysburg, Ohio.
